My session with Monika was really nourishing and meaningful. She has the ability to bring you back to yourself, through the wisdom she shares and the questions she asks. She is a great translator and also creates a container that feels very safe for whatever happens to arise, and it allows that the message brought through has the ability to land well in the body, digest, and sink in well.
